Customer Services


This is a Part-Time position in Montréal, QC posted September 11, 2018.


DEPARTMENT: This position will report to the Director of education and membership services; and will work with the membership services personnel.

DATE OF POSTING: September 11, 2018

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Contractual – From September 15, 2018 to January 4, 2019


This position has responsibilities in the areas of member satisfaction and support through working in membership services.


  • Coordinates daily membership payments, correspondence, member requests.
  • Communicates and supports members daily through email and telephone.
  • Updates and maintains member files in CSIA’s Database for domestic and foreign membership.
  • Assists with the daily mail distribution.
  • Any other tasks that may arise to assist in the operation of the CSIA.


  • French and English skills spoken and written are mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years related experience in Customer Service.
  • Knowledge of business software such as Intermediate Excel, Word, Outlook, and databases.
  • Knowledge in business communication, and office procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.


The CSIA National Office provides a dynamic work environment. Workloads vary depending on deadlines, volume of work, etc.

Compensation: $14.00/hour

Schedule: Minimum 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday) from 8:30 – 16:30, schedule may vary depending on workload.
