The Montreal West Action Sport Physio clinic is looking for a part-time receptionist. We are looking for a dynamic person who knows how to welcome clients in a professional way. The person must be fervent of teamwork and communication with clients as well as with the team.

The position consists of:
– Welcoming patients, making calls and appointments;
– Handling customer invoicing and paying agencies;
– Preparation of accounts receivable;
– Communicate with professionals in relations with the clinic;
– File records, schedule preparation, ordering of equipment;
– Any other related duties.

Schedule:
– 10 to 15 hours per week
– Monday to Wednesday from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Start date: as soon as possible

– DEP in secretarial studies or DEC in administration would be an important asset;
– Experience in a similar position;
– Knowledge of the main computer programs, the candidate must be very comfortable with a computer;
– Discretion, autonomy, team spirit, willingness to be active in a dynamic team;
– Proactive, fast learner;
– Bilingual;
– Excellent communication skills;
– Experience in a medical clinic (asset).
