We are currently looking to fill the following position based out of our Montreal office: Client Relationship Manager In this leadership position with the Client Relationship Team, your focus revolves primarily around managing the client relationship and loyalty through support, training and product management, and championing the transition of Implementation Team product deliveries to the Client Relationship team for long term support. Where the opportunity presents itself, the Client Relationship Manager will also be expected to manage the coordinator(s) assigned to his/her team, and actively participate (and potentially lead) internal initiatives and process improvements. The Client Relationship Manager is expected to undertake and master requirements gathering, project delivery, and issue resolution. He/she must understand all aspects of his/her clients’ business operations and the role of Oceanwide’s systems within those operations. As a Client Relationship Manager, your main goal is to provide Oceanwide clients with an exceptional experience when using our products and services and ensure their satisfaction. What you’ll be doing : * Manage Client Relationship and Loyalty : * Manage licensee support * Manage Bridge product configuration projects/SOWs * Develop relationships with key licensee decision makers * Troubleshoot conflicts and critical client issues * Identify and document client enhancement requirements * Review all important client communications * Supervise Client Relationship Coordinators
