Office Manager with HR duties Bilingual

One of our best clients is looking for an experienced office manager to join their team for a one year contract, with possibility of extension.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Main contact with human resources department at the head office and make sure HR policies are followed at the office and by all employees
  • Assist the managers for HR duties such as hiring, disciplinary letters, legal compliance, employee benefits and communications with employees
  • Perform all required background checks for candidates
  • Perform orientation for all new hires
  • Oversee all general office duties (filing, faxing, supplies, etc…)
  • Coordinate all Health & Safety meetings and ensure all required reports/documents are current â€"
  • Oversee reception and customer service duties of the office
  • Oversee accounts receivable duties in office

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to listen and understand employee thoughts
  • Ability to maintain calm in stressful situations
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
