Qualifications Apply if you have the following skillset: * Passionate about technology; * Curious; * 2-4 years of customer service experience in a technical application support; * Proven troubleshooting skills; * Self-starter who also works well in a team environment and constantly taking things to the next level; * Ready to provide exceptional customer support without limiting him/herself to out tool; * Happy in a constantly evolving environment; * Working knowledge of Salesforce; * Experience with Java programming would be considered as asset; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
