Job Description

We are seeking a Sous-chef/Cook to join our dynamic team! You will thrive in a fast environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to keep the restaurant’s brand and reputation.

Responsibilities:

-Learn how to operate all stations in our kitchen and then oversee day-to-day culinary operations

-Coordinate preparation and expedite the food for clientele

-Check freshness and quality of served ingredients

-Standardize recipes, service and plate presentation

-Work with kitchen and dining room management to create a memorable experience for guests

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in italian cooking, managing kitchen staff and related fields

-Passion for food, cooking techniques and pleased the clientele

-Strong leadership qualities

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
