Job Description

  • Identify and analyze customers shipping profile against Purolator service capabilities
  • Analyze customer’s distribution model, deliver findings, assess impacts and risks.
  • Create value proposition material to support Sales in the acquisition or retention of business based upon analytics
  • Create dashboards to track established KPIs and results metrics
  • Create RMT (Revenue Management Tool) profiles from Excel Customer Data to provide quality information and visibility on all RMT submissions to Finance.
  • Perform ad hoc, non-standard and time sensitive analysis to support Solutions Team
  • Support Solutions Team and Sales in different Ad-Hoc projects analysis (verticals)
  • Work closely with Solutions Team on customer onboarding projects from the concept to the implementation stage

Qualifications:

  • University, College diploma or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Bilingual (English/French)
  • Excellent business data analysis and problem solving skills
  • Customer Service orientation
  • Capability to translate data into meaningful synthetized information
  • Initiative, team spirit and entrepreneurial skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Prior experience in the industry (an asset)
  • Knowledge of BI, SalesForce, MapPoint/BingMap (an asset)
