Working out of our Head Office and reporting to the Manager, Financial Information, you will be responsible for consolidating and analyzing BRP’s financial data.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Consolidating BRP Inc.’s internal financial statements on a monthly basis, preparing the necessary journal entries and ensuring their accuracy.

Analyzing intercompany accounts as well as certain unusual transactions.

Collaborating to ensure the integrity of the consolidation system, the account charts, and other forms.

Implementing and executing the internal control strategy (SOX).

Analyzing currency effects on the various divisions.

Identifying and leading initiatives to continuously improve the month-end process.

YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Accounting designation (CPA) Good knowledge of accounting (IFRS) rules Extensive Excel skills Two to four years of accounting and/or auditing experience Bilingual (English and French) spoken and written Excellent ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and work as part of a team Knowledge of a consolidation system (Controller) and SAP is an asset Meticulous, rigorous work habits Ease in understanding and using a variety of IT tools Ability to work independently Please note that some trips to the office in Valcourt may be requested.
