Responsibilities:
As the Director, you will be part of the FTM executive group. You will plan, coordinate and manage all activities related to the many operational aspects of the Group. The Director of Operations and Processes will also be actively involved in the company’s growth strategy and will be able to collaborate on many different levels, including pre-acquisition processes (due diligence) as well as post-closing integration. This role will progress and become more strategic according to the company’s growth and the employee’s capabilities. This is a newly created role within the organization.
– Follow-up and supervision of the group’s various activities and companies
– Creation and monitoring of performance indicators related to the group’s current activities and new investments
– Participation in the group’s investment process
– Participation in the deployment of the post-acquisition integration strategy
– Management and optimization of the group’s liquidities
– Support to the accounting team
– Participation in the budget process
– Participation in the analysis of financial statements
– Supervision of inter-company activities
– Implementation and monitoring of internal processes and controls
– Participate in the growth strategy of the group via portfolio companies
– Other miscellaneous projects as required for future projects undertaken
The position could also provide the opportunity to work in part on the transactional side of M&A depending on the candidate’s interest.
