The IT Delivery group supporting the Wealth Management sector is currently looking for an autonomous and resourceful functional analyst to work in a team and develop IT applications serving the investment-related business sectors.Through this position, you will help develop IT solutions and the portfolio’s applications according to business objectives.

This position is at the centre of the sector’s transformation, including new work practices and tools and a variety of initiatives of all sizes.How about the day-to-day tasks?Serve as an expert for the business lines to understand their processes and help define their needs in accordance with architecture guidelinesMake recommendations for possible improvements in business processes or computer systemsPerform various business and functional analyses according to business needs (context, scope, issues, impacts, stakeholders, use cases, user stories, data modeling, acceptance criteria and others)Draft functional analyses for the development teams, including expected system behaviours, use cases and user interactions with the systemValidate development deliverables by participating in functional and/or integrated tests and performing tests with the development teamsWork to improve the applications used by our IT equipment from a maintenance point of viewBachelor’s degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience OR a master’s degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience OR university certificate and 9 years of relevant experienceIT and application management experience (changes, maintenance, development)Experience with and knowledge of the agile methodologyExperience in process analysis, business requirements, and in developing functional requirementsUnderstanding of banking products and systemsStrong ability to analyze and synthesize complex situationsMotivation to learn new thingsAbility to take a leadership role in ensuring that the objectives of various groups are met through teamworkDemonstrated ability to handle multiple prioritiesBilingual (spoken/written) French and English, mandatoryInterested in the position?
