Our client is a leading and established manufacturer of lighting solutions.

We are looking for a Financial Controller.

He/She will be reports to and works closely with the Director of Operations and contributes to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks, related to budgeting, payroll and accounting.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the accounting staff members and work in close collaboration with sales; Responsible forthe accounting operations of the company, including the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of adequate system of accounting records; Maintain a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk with generally accepted accounting principles; Responsible foroverseeing cash flow management; Overall management of product costing and profitability; Evaluate tools,systems and costs to improve efficiencies all around; Manage and mentor employees in the accounting department.RequirementsCPA preferredMinimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior management roleManufacturing and cost accounting experienceStrong Operations backgroundSystems and data orientedExperience in managing complex projectsProblem solving skillsStrong Negotiation and conflict resolution skillsMentoring and coaching experienceEntrepreneurial team playerMultitasking skillsManagement skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peersSelf-reliant, self motivatorResults orientedEnergetic, flexible, collaborative and proactiveStrategic and tactical thinkerFully bilingual (oral and written)
