RESPONSABILITIES:
·Analyze, complete and communicate coverage checklists & exposure analysis to the team;
·Receive, gather and process information from clients to price insurance coverage;
·Review documentation for routine policy changes, additions, deletions, renewals and cancellations;
·Negotiate coverages with multiple insurers;
·Answer technicalinsurance questions requiring critical thinking skills;
·Analyze Insurance Contract wordings & identify differences;
·Contractual Risk Transfer thought leadership & advisory;
·Prepare insurance applications and/or interact with quoting systems;
·Prepare insurance proposal presentations and annual stewardship plans;
·Present plans and proposals to clients for sign-off;
·Be accountable to client promises;
·Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurers;
·Error-check coverages, execute necessary modifications and changes of coverage;
·Prepare content and correspondences to inform clients of various pertinent subjects and issues;
·Drafting Technical Newsletters, Case Studies & Guides;
·Coordinate work with outside professionals;
·Draft notes & meeting minutes with stakeholders; STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE:

·Professional demeanor; REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
·Critical Thinking Skills;
·Has the requisite insurance knowledge and experience necessary for independent decision-making.
·Possesses above average computer knowledge and skills;
·Strict attentionto detail and work process;
·Excellent proficiency in written and spoken French and English;
·AMF license or previous underwriting experience;
·RIBO License a plus;
·Ability to perform multiple tasks accurately and efficiently in a complex working environment.
