Are you passionate about the financial markets?Do you stand out by your analytical capacity?You are recognized for your rigor and your autonomy?Join the Vice President, Investor Relations and participate in a Dynamic Investor Relations program to maximize the long-term value of the Bank’s security.Overall job description:Assist in the execution of an effective Investor Relations program directed at helping the Bank achieve maximum long term valueAct as a subject matter expert regarding financial markets, the Bank’s financial performance, market views on Canadian banks, relative stock price movements, shareholder base analysis and any additional insights requiredAssist in the preparation of materials for the quarterly earnings process, investor presentations for the investment community and internal presentations for senior management and the Board of DirectorsTrack and monitor research reports and maintain a current view of industry analyst opinions, trading activity, company disclosure, earnings calls, presentations and other information for National Bank, its peers and the industry that could have an impact on National Bank’s market performanceBuild, manage and analyze financial models and databases in support of National Bank’s value creation thesis, the identification of key valuation drivers and the crafting of the investment storylineLead benchmarking exercise to identify positive and negative industry trendsDevelop and optimize systems and processes to monitor shares and share ownershipProvide rapid and timely responses to investor and analysts inquiriesBuild professional, trusting relationships with the financial communityCollaborate with the finance teams and business segments to ensure effective sharing of informationBachelor’s degree in a related field and seven years’ relevant experience or Master’s degree in a related field and five years’ relevant experience Bilingualism both spoken and written (English and French) Diversity is an integral part of the Bank’s values and commitments.
