Transport Accounting Agent

Job Details:

• This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
• This is a 12-month temporary position (maternity leave replacement).
• This is a unionized position.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Process deposits and advances.
2. Reconcile amounts.
3. Assist customers with payment inquiries.
4. Assist the accounts payable person in transaction entry.
5. Perform other related office tasks and services.

Requirements:

• College Diploma (DEC) in accounting or other relevant field of study.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role’s functions.
• Bilingualism in both oral and written communication (French and English).
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Quick learner.
• Autonomy.
