A career as an Identity and Access Management Analyst on the Operational Business Strategies, Resilience, and Risk Management team at National Bank means supporting various stakeholders and business partners to establish operational strategies to protect the interest of Financial Markets, in line with Information Security best practices and governance standards at National Bank. In this position, you can have a positive impact on our organization thanks to sound operational risk management specific to the Financial Markets sector.
Your Role:
- Act as an advisor for the Financial Markets sector for multiple stakeholders and management in the evaluation of risks and strengthen our ecosystem by maintaining a strong access management program across the various applications of our ecosystem: Canada and all International Offices.
- Contribute to the sound management of Cyber & Information Security exceptions granted to Financial Markets in direct interaction with multiple stakeholders such as Lines of Business, Corporate Cybersecurity, IT specialized teams and others.
- Analyze complex issues encountered in the access management program of Financial Markets and optimize, automate solutions in alignment with internal best practices.
- As a Financial Markets trusted partner, contribute to Corporate Identity & Access Management (IAM) related Committees & forums, such as the Segregation of Duties (SOD) Committee.
- Influence partners in divers Financial Markets forums (FM Senior Business Managers Committee, FM International: Cybersecurity & Business Resilience Committee).
- Create and apply controls on departures surveillance, audit mandates and trader’s access attestations.
Your team:
You will report to the Financial Markets Senior Manager, Business Operational Strategy and Resilience and be based in downtown Montreal.

Prerequisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in information security and process optimization
- Ability to optimize business processes and facilitate strategic indicators for senior management
- Excellent analytical, process optimization and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
