Analyst, Employee Benefits Administration Montreal, Quebec Permanent, full time The chosen candidate will be responsible for administering our clients’ employee and retiree benefits plans.

He or she will perform administrative duties related to the management of these plans and will act as a liaison between the insurer and our clients, all for a well-regarded and expanding company.

Your Role:
– Receive, analyze and process information from clients (in various formats) and make any necessary adjustments using internal databases and information systems.

– Help prepare and send files containing data related to the employee benefits plan for our clients’ payroll, and send eligibility files to insurers.

– Ensure quality control of various deliverables, while meeting deadlines.

– Keep administrative procedures up to date, in accordance with contractual agreements.

– Prepare written communications for clients and insurers.

– Respond to clients’ group insurance requests.

Your profil:
– College diploma
– Minimum of one year’s experience in employee benefits administration and/or group insurance
– Payroll experience an asset
– Bilingual, spoken and written
– Excellent customer service skills
– Strong organizational skills and sense of priorities
– Ability to effectively convey information
– Good teamwork and individual work skills
– Proficient in MicroSoft Office software suite, especially Excel Morneau Shepell is the first company in its field in the province of Quebec to obtain Healthy Enterprise
– Elite certification.
