Reporting to the Director, Talent and Culture, the Coordinator will contribute to the effective coordination of the various activities and initiatives related to competency development, training, performance management, the succession planning process, and any other innovative program!   

Main responsibilities:

  • Play an active role in the development and maintenance of the company’s culture;
  • Ensure the management, monitoring, and analysis of performance indicators related to training and development, and propose appropriate actions;
  • Participate in the design and coordination of talent management and development programs;
  • Produce and present progress reports and dashboards regarding training programs and learning and development activities;
  • Manage and coordinate language training;
  • Support the performance evaluation and succession planning process;
  • Participate in the analysis, design, and update of Talent and Culture processes to ensure innovative best practices;
  • Participate in development needs analysis;
  • Manage enrolments, coordinate development initiatives, and monitor and evaluate completed activities;
  • Participate in the establishment of budgets related to the Talent and Culture department and ensure their follow-up;
  • Ensure the management and follow-up of reports (Bill 90, etc.) and the drafting of summary documents and project follow-ups;
  • Ensure the monitoring of best practices in culture and organizational development;
  • Respond to requests related to the Talent and Culture sector;
  • Carry out any other related task related to his/her skills and the smooth running of the organization.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR;
  • Two to three (2-3) years of HR experience;
  • Experience in organizational development is an asset;
  • Team player, rigorous, customer oriented, dynamic and creative;
  • Communication with teams in French and English. Bilingualism required (oral and written). Level expected
    • French: 4/4
    • English: 4/4
