Human Resources Coordinator (Contract)

Do you want to live a new HR experience in the maritime field? Your place is with the LOGISTEC family as a Human Resources Coordinator for a contract of four (4) to five (5) months

What your days look like as a Human Resources Coordinator :

  • You process new hires, rehires and terminations in HRIS;
  • You provide outstanding customer service as the first responder to employees regarding their HRIS registration and assist with all administrative requests related to their file;
  • You collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely work.
  • You support HR business partners in various initiatives;
  • You maintain records and make changes related to the life cycle of a current employee in the HRIS;
  • You will perform all other related tasks.

 To be successful as a Human Resources Coordinator  you must have:

  • You have two (2) years of experience in similar roles;
  • You are familiar with MS-Office & HRIS technology (an asset);
  • You are bilingual (French and English) both verbally and in writing;
  • You have a good sense of priorities and are able to adapt to a constantly changing environment;
  • You are detail-oriented, autonomous, and focused on continuous improvement and collaboration.
