Administrative Assistant – Mat Leave Contract 5404As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the administrative & executive team with daily tasks.

You will be the go-to person for any duties relating to inputting expense reports, booking meetings, ordering lunches, handling invoices, or other general admin duties.What You’ll Be Doing Report to the Lead Executive Assistant Act as a key person for all administrative related tasks Perform general administrative assistant duties (phone, filing, maintenance of various databases, etc.) Complete expense reports and enter company invoices Welcome business partners, interviewees, and guests Manage some vendor relations Order lunches and make reservations as needed.

Order gift baskets, flowers, and client gifts Organize office meetings Organizing corporate events Assist with travel reservations Will cover Reception position when needed (on schedule) Must HavesWhat you’ll need to be successful: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Highly organized with an acute attention to detail.

Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.

Able to problem solve.

Professional verbal and written skills.

Able to easily communicate in English and French Nice To Haves Minimum of three years’ related administrative experience.

Minimum of a DEC or AEC.

Professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion are absolute musts.

Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced, demanding environment.
