Your role within Provent HCE: You will be an integral support to the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Departments.

You will also work closely with the sales and logistics team.

More specifically, you will: Prepare invoices to customers; Enter payables in our Accounting system; Prepare packing slips and other transport documentation for our drivers; Process payments; Prepare bank reconciliations; Respectfully communicate with clients by phone, email or mail; Filing; Perform other related tasks.

SKILLS o DEP accounting; o Experience in Accounts Receivable and Payable; o Excellent telephone ethics; o Clear, professional and courteous communication; o Positive attitude on the phone to carry out follow-ups; o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; o Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) o Knowledge of Sage Pro (an asset) o Able to work in a team o Spoken and written languages (French and English) Your qualities: o Organizational skills and priority management; o Firm and determined; o Flexibility and adaptability; o Team spirit.
