DescriptionMatrox is currently looking for a dynamic, resourceful and organized Coordinator to handle a wide variety of administrative duties related to building maintenance and security.

The Coordinator will answer and route requests, liaise with third parties, coordinate projects and activities, field departmental communications and perform office tasks such as answering emails and data entry.

The Coordinator is also required to analyze processes and is an active participant in the improvement of the employees’ work environment.To succeed in this role, you should be committed to providing attentive support to internal and external parties and ensuring consistent, efficient unfolding of operations.

You should be courteous, analytical, proactive, and organized.ResponsibilitiesAssign and coordinate daily tasks and services; Follow up on internal clients’ requests; Insure proper coordination of tasks on the department’s various ongoing projects; Follow-up withthird parties for status and orders; Manage loaned equipment to employees and other companies; Manage the ” Thefts/discrepancies in shipment” application; Coordinate the fire response teams within Matrox; Liaise betweenMatrox and outsourcing companies in regards to the evacuation process and insure it is kept up to date; Purchase maintenance and security supplies; Responsible for the department’s communications (French and English); Create and update forms and manuals; Perform data entry and update various databases; Support other members of the team with various tasks.

QualificationsOffice Systems Management DEC, a degree in a related field, or pertinent experience; Excellentcustomer service skills; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; Organized, detail-oriented and time management skills; Excellentwritten and verbal skills in English and French; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office; Building operations and maintenance knowledge would be an asset.
