THE ROLE
Our installers and measuring technicians work hand in hand with the stores by taking measurements, installing and setting up the customers’ purchases.
Following a predefined schedule of appointments, the installer comes to the customer’s home to:
- Take precise measurements of the windows for which a treatment has been purchased;
- Transmit the measurements to the stores to ensure the accuracy of the products manufactured;
- Identify obstacles to proper installation;
- Install the window treatments (blinds, shades, shutters, etc.);
- Program the motorization if necessary;
- Resolve technical problems at the customer’s location;
- Complete the customer’s buying experience and make them a customer for life.
THE OFFER
Our full-time installers earn between $60,000 and $70,000 the first year and up to $100,000 after they have become familiar with all types of products.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- 3 years experience in measuring or installation
- Clear writing and ability to make detailed sketches;
- Comfortable being in the car most of the day to go from one appointment to another;
- Comfortable with technology (tablets, email, etc.);
- Safe work methods;
- Enjoy people and working with customers and stores.
SCHEDULE
Flexible schedule, full time or part time.
Package
Salary: 60000.00-70000.00
