About you:

• Passionate about customer service – you know how to listen and communicate with empathy
• Comfortable with computers, working on the phone and managing multiple programs
• Bilingual (to serve both our French and English speaking customers)
• A completed high school diploma

About the opportunities :

• Customer Service Representative, Claims
  • You’re the first person our customers will speak with when they’ve had an accident or need to open a claim. Excellent communication, empathy and being able to think on your feet are key skills for this role.

• Claims Adjuster
  • Once the claim has been opened, our Adjusters take it from there.  In this role, you’ll guide our customers through the entire claims process, making informed decisions using critical thinking and analysis along the way.

• Telemarketing Agent
  • You’ll become an expert on the world of insurance products while developing your sales and communication skills.

• Sales Advisor

In this role, you’ll make calls and take calls from customers to help them make informed choices about their policies. This role will benefit from excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
