Collection Supervisor

We are currently looking for a responsible person to manage and maintain client call requests, calls for audits, internal quality assurance reports/audits on a monthly basis, and the follow-up of the officers’ audits and the achievement of their goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coach, motivate, develop and direct team members in order to meet and exceed objectives
• Recruitment of agents
• Responsible for evaluation and performance management of agents
• Ensure that each team members understands and respects the different policies set by clients
• Ensure compliance with the policy of zero tolerance regarding a complaint and address any escalation or potential complaint
• Monitor and control on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, results and objectives of each of its collection agents to identify areas for improvement and to ensure adequate follow-up
• Monitor to comply with the work planning
• Ensure careful monitoring of collection activities
• Prepare reports and follow-up for each team members in accordance with the policies established by the clients and the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completion of Post Secondary Education preferred
• Previous experience in leading teams
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a similar role would be a definite asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Proven innovation skills
• Flexibility in scheduling
