Blinds To Go is the biggest window-coverings retailer in North America and we are looking for customer service coordinators ready for new challenges in our call center, located in Rosemont. An average day looks like…
-Assisting our sale teams working on the road and in the stores by replying to emails and calls
-Provide a positive customer service experience before and after the sale for each of our customers.
-Being empathetic and listening to the customer. We don’t use scripts; we tailor our responses to each situation.
SCHEDULE
Our positions are full-time and include evenings and weekends.

REQUIREMENTS
2 years in a related field
Availability evenings and weekends
Bilingual preferred, English required
Package
Salary: 18.00-20.00
