Customer Service Administrator – After market Customer Service Administrator – After market Why join our Customer service team?

As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll join a team responsible for a key segment of the company’s business: the after-sales service team.

Each team member ensures customer satisfaction by coordinating the various partners involved in after-sales service and, by respecting regulatory, contractual and company obligations.

You will also participate in service campaigns and contribute to the continued evolution of CMC’s after-sales service.

As a Customer Service Administrator Aftermarket your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Actively participate in offers and service proposals according to established pricing policies, in addition, to conduct negotiations within the parameters identified by management;Ensure the accuracy of orders and requirements of different customers, according to: execution time, processing time, quality and regulatory requirements in accordance with CMC procedures;Approve warranty claims and ensure that settlement to customers is in accordance with contractual stipulations and company policy;Find solutions to problems while respecting contractual stipulations by responding to customer expectations in terms of support service;Monitor and provide data to the business planning process for all accounts;Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding: production, presentation of offers and proposals, customer relations, internal accounting, administration, financial processes and reporting requirements;Participate and support business and regulatory audits.

To join our team, you must: Have a Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent;ANDHave at least 5 years of after-sales service experience in a highly regulated industry;Experience in negotiating and interpreting contractual conditions;Experience in an environment that includes performance objectives to be achieved;Excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing in English and French (international market).
