Customer Service Agent
Stokes Inc. - Head Office
This is a Contract position in Montreal, QC posted November 17, 2023.
Stokes Retail Group is looking for a Customer Service Agent to work at its head office, located in Montreal, QC, reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Operations. This is a temporary position for a period of 4 months (October 2023- January 2024).
Tasks:
- Resolve routine and complex customer issues or inquiries.
- Communicate with the different departments (Warehouse /E-commerce /Marketing / Copywriting / Buying /Cash Audit /Finance).
- Assistance with inquiries on stock availability and communications.
- Use multiple screens / platforms (Intranet, Zendesk, ShipStation, Fedex, web, solochain) to help resolve customer inquiries / orders.
- Participation in the development of various customer service initiatives
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service is mandatory
- Bilingual: English and French (spoken and written)
- Computer literacy, ability to use multiple interfaces including Microsoft Office.
- Strong sense of detail and organization
- You must be comfortable working under pressure, meeting deadlines and multitasking.
- High energy level with a strong work ethic
- Availability weekdays, evenings or weekends, as needed, during peak periods.
