HR Support – Talent Acquisition (consultant)


This is a Full-time position in Montreal, QC posted January 9, 2022.

” YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Take charge of the posting process (requisitions, careers site, social media platforms, company newsletter, specialized employment sites, etc.) Coordinate the job posting translation process Prepare employment contracts, conduct background checks, check degrees and references Assist with creating employee files (Taleo) Efficiently manage the onboarding of new employees Work closely with Senior Talent Acquisition Advisors YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Bachelor’s degree or DEC in human resources, industrial relations or related field Excellent knowledge of the Office suite Strong knowledge and interest in social networks (LinkedIn, etc.) Ability to plan and manage priorities effectively, excellent judgment Ability to manage multiple related projects with rigor and precision Fluency in French and English, both oral and written Good team player and ability to take initiative Experience in HR is an asset Knowledge of Taleo or other ATS an asset This position can be based in our Montreal, Sherbrooke or Valcourt offices.
