IN-RGY is looking for a IT Helpdesk Technician to join its team.

If yes, we want to meet you.The IT Helpdesk Technician will be responsible to provide IT support via our ticketing system, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for our internal teams.

Additionally, he or she will work within a team to manage our current IT infrastructure and plan for maintenance and upgradesResponsibilitiesProvide IT support related to computer systems, hardware, software and networking; Prepare and configure computers, peripherals, telephones and other computer equipment; Perform installation, update and maintenance of software; Diagnose and solve technical problems of users; Manage user access and security; Perform diagnosis of network systems; Document incidents, support / service requests and follow-up in the ticketing system; Perform systemsmonitoring; Maintain inventory of computer equipment; Perform any other related duties as required.Ideal ProfileCollege or university degree in Computer ScienceMinimum 3 years experience in a similar positionComfortable with working in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of Microsoft platforms Windows Server 2012 and 2016, SQL ServerKnowledge of IP / DNS, VPN / Firewall (PfSense, Palo Alto), Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCPKnowledge of network protocols including: IPv4, IPv6, TCP, UDP, DNS, HTTP, IPSEC and TLS / SSLLoves to work in a team and with very little supervisionBilingual (French and English); Spanish a strong assetExcel in working in a fast-paced environmentMore about IN-RGYIN-RGY was founded in 2008 to tackle human resources challenges that companies face by going beyond the limits of traditional Human Capital Management.
