Join us if you care to make a difference in healthcare.Job DescriptionPurpose As a System Support Analyst Windows/SQL, you will provide technical support and guidance to our clients by answering their requests & addressing incidents regarding both server-side and client-side applications as they pertain to the Clario SmartWorklist, by delivering advanced technical and troubleshooting skills, communication abilities, problem solving orientation, and computer proficiency on a day-to-day basis.

Accountabilities Provide excellent System Support services: Respond to client problems (phone/tickets) and proactively monitor client’s installations;Log and document all incidents within a ticketing system (ServiceNow);Conceptualize and articulate ideas clearly and concisely to customers and colleagues;Analyze, diagnose root causes, known errors and resolve challenging issues relating to software applications, Windows OS, SQL Server databases and other related technologies;Prioritize your workload based on client’s SLA and transfer tickets to proper department when required;Perform relational database queries, creation of stored procedures.

Advance knowledge of SQL configuration and ongoing maintenance to include: backup policies, index optimization, deadlock monitoring, and overall server health;Analyze and troubleshoot the workflow of a complex integration of network devices, workstations and servers.

All the work is done remotely through secure connections and via phone and remote desktop-sharing.

This role also requires work outside of regular work hours (on-call).QualificationsPre-requisites Bachelor’s in Computer Science field or related technical disciplineA minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in Windows system or network administrationExperience in a customer service or technical support roleRemote troubleshooting (ssh, VPN tunnels, Remote Desktop)Strong knowledge of SQL databases (Sybase, MySQL, postgresql)Microsoft Windows Server experience: Building/configuration of MS Servers.
