As a Google Premium Partner and Facebook Marketing Partner, Yellow Pages is a leader in digital marketing for companies across Canada.

We are currently looking for a hands-on leader with at least 5 years of experience in working with data and developing SQL queries.

This position has accountability for leading a team delivering recurring and ad-hoc reporting as well as for the execution of company’s sales compensation program.

This leader will collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Sales to develop required reporting and accompanying analysis.

Key Areas of Responsibility Lead and motivate a team.

Handle the complexity of the daily activities and think both tactically and strategically to deliver quick but efficient solutions to meet business needs.

Execution of sales compensation program : calculating bi-weekly commissions (SQL/ETL) and annual sales bonuses while ensuring adherence to business rules and high level of accuracy Leading data validation tasks; work closely with BI team on identifying and resolving data issues and reflecting appropriate information in the reports.

Become a SME on the underlying data required for sales results analysis and sales compensation Perform analysis on data to support strategic initiatives and clearly communicate and present insights to internal clients and leadership.

Education, Experience and Technical Skills: 8-10 years of professional experience Strong data and business analytics skills.

Required 5 years of experience in analytics Required 1 year of management experience 3 – 5 years experience with relational databases, writing SQL queries, creating ETLs a plus Strong knowledge of MS Excel, experience in building Power Point presentations.

Knowledge of MS Access and Power BI is a plus Experience in reporting automatio Soft Skills and Competencies: Strong business and financial acumen Strong analytical and mathematical skills Customer and Results oriented, with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Effective interpersonal and leadership skills, able to supervise a small team of analysts / specialists Effective organizational skills; attention to detail Ability to consistently meet deadlines Excellent problem-solving skills Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
