The Regional Store Support main responsibility will be to help support the stores in different compliance and administrative tasks and will be responsible to ensure process and procedures are implemented within the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for critical business functions including managing Opex budget, event planning, documentation creation and management.

They must establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners in order to provide day-to-day support.ResponsibilitiesSupport stores on process, procedures and policiesEnsure quality and compliance in stores, such as merchandising and cleanliness of environmentCreate and analyze operational non-compliance reportsIdentify and help corporate Store Manager with compliance on the below:Repair and returnsEnd of day processesRFixProducts (handset / accessory), feature cards and POPTraining on processesBank process and reconciliationRogers TradeCommunication tools (i.e.

RetailWeb, SSP, Nova, etc.)Preform inventory and compliance audits, working closely with Loss Prevention and Compliance teamsRecommend process improvementsManage technical support issues (i.e.
