Synechron is looking for a Senior infrastructure support analys to join our Montreal team The principle objective of this position is to provide level 3 support for any End User Desktop related activities including support for our asset management estate.

This position requires the coverage for day-to-day activities detailed in the Position Requirements.

The candidate to cover emergencies related to the Asset Management Tools while maintaining the Bank standards and delivery of assigned projects.Position Requirements:

bash, PowerShell, VBScript, Python, etc.)oStrong knowledge of Active Directoryo5 years of experience in IT/Consultingo10 years of experience in Systems Administration on Desktop Operating systemoStrong knowledge of SCCM 2016 is a plus.oDemonstrated critical thinking skillsoStrong logical ability of troubleshooting technical problems break a problem down into manageable, ordered piece partsoAbility to convey problem statement and plan of attack to othersoRequired to achieve goals and objectives as approved with the RDHoProviding services as per agreed KPIs within the region with the RTCO and Captive CTO (levels and details of KPIs to be defined)oService oriented, positive, committed and enthusiastic team player.oCollect and disseminate best practices from the End User Computing and client services to relevant impacted groupsoRespect and adhere to the changes management processed within the regionoWill be required on-call for escalations 24*7 from time to timePosition Responsibilities:
·Work closely with our customers to:oTriage inbound support cases / Investigate issuesoSynchronize with central teamsoConduct health-checks on the platformoWork with Technical Account ManagersoDocument running books and proceduresoMaintain the Tanium PlatformoMaintain the health of the Tanium Clients and deployments
·Coordinate and facilitate reengineering and process improvement initiatives related to the enhancement of the End User & computing environment.
·Contribute to the Business Continuance and Disaster Recovery for End User Computing activities.
·Perform system upgrades and mandatory security/OS patching “Patch management” for all machines.
·Liaise with application support teams to gather requirements, design, and deploy standard systems
·Contribute to ensuring that all systems are deployed consistent with group standards and best practices
·Follow groups standard security practices within the environment
·Direct contribution to BNP Paribas operational permanent control framework.
·Knowledge of standard methodologies of Service Delivery (ITIL, COBIT)
·Project Management Knowledge
·Knowledge of the Norms and Standards of the BNP Paribas Group
·Respect the norms to reduce Operational Risk
·Will be required on-call for escalations 24*7
