You will be empowered and supported by your manager, and have the chance to learn from others, moving along your career path to take on bigger initiatives in Sales Operations, or exploring a role on another team such as Account Management.What you will do:Create.You will draft proposal responses, charters, progress reports, and presentations to drive corporate and new business initiatives.

You will create a repository of information, eliciting and transposing data and facts as needed.Collaborate.You will partner directly across teams to develop and deliver key reporting and analytical support initiatives to the sales organization.Share knowledge.You will gather and interpret marketing and sales information.

You will highlight key findings and offer valuable insights through Dashboards and reporting.What you bring:The education and experience.You have a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field and experience in administration, planning, scheduling, and developing sales enablement processes, tools, and collateral.

You have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate report findings into actionable business deliverables.The project planning and coordination skills.You can break down large deliverables into manageable tasks.

You can work well with multiple stakeholders, manage corporate projects and balance competing priorities.

You have strong time management skills are necessary with ability to set goals and influence the team to achieve them.The technical tools.You have hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite and a CRM such as Salesforce or Hubspot.The accountability.You work with a sense of urgency.

You have a proven track record managing competing priorities while maintaining an ability to execute on time, beyond expectations.
