As a key member of Airgraft’s product design team, your contribution will help shape and define this crucial and impactful moment.

You will bring your hands-on design flair, expertise, knowledge and experience to Airgraft helping create a world class digital and physical cannabis experience.

Ultimately you will bring passion for delivering products and experiences that genuinely improve people’s lives.Working with a team of experienced product designers, engineers and software developers, you will focus on the diverse users’ needs and how our products and experiences address them in full.

As a true advocate for our users, you will obsess the feel and the function of every touchpoint, designing products that are usable, accessible and enjoyable.Airgraft’s digital ecosystem is mobile-first and comprises smart-hardware, app, online services, e-commerce, email marketing and social channels.

In addition, our services connect with a range of external platforms and partners to deliver better, more integrated journeys for our users.

Your input will be critical in ensuring usability and usefulness of each of these individual products and touchpoints but also in refining the big picture of how they all work together.Your natural curiosity about the ways people interact with the world around them will shine through thoughtful and delightful interaction design.

Your designs will seamlessly translate the brand personality and purpose into a user centric experience.

You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams, ensuring your designs deliver positive emotional responses, be it through function, content or interaction.

You will be driven to increase product conversion and user satisfaction.The nascent cannabis category is rife with complexity, poor user experience and fragmented user journeys.

Your role will be central in our mission to deliver a new standard of experience a truly modern cannabis platform for a broad, rapidly growing audience.In your day-to-day you will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders and leaders within Airgraft, creating opportunities for collaboration, learning and bringing a design mindset to different disciplines within the company.

An ability to clearly articulate and communicate your ideas and translate them into user facing experiences will be crucial to your success.Job DescriptionEducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experiencePortfolio required to applyExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience with end-to-end product designProven track record in leading and creating consumer mobile experiences (native & web), connected devicesbeing a desirable bonus.Proven expertise in e-commerce, with examples of mobile commerceHands on design ability and a collaborative approach with UI designers, product managers and engineers is mandatoryHave shipped successful digital productsHave cross-platform design experiences (Web, Android, iOS, Email, etc)Skills & QualitiesProfessional proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Adobe CS, Figma, ProtoPie etc)Strong understanding of Material Design and Human Interface GuidelinesPassion for the details of user-centric experiencesExcellent written and spoken communication skillsLo-fi & hi-fi prototyping and storyboarding skillsFamiliarity with DesignOps processes and tools a strong assetLanguageFluent in oral and written English; French is an asset;ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Product Managers, Hardware and Software Engineers, Creative Team, and Marketers to define problems & goals, map user flows, and prototype interactionsFully detail, evaluate and design experiences across omnichannel touchpointsHands on development of design components and patternsPlan user research, design sprints, and workshops.Iterate through designs based on feedback, and make the chosen direction production-ready.Conduct design review of competitive products and incorporate learningsExecute in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.Continually advocate for our users.Help everybody to achieve their full potential by both learning and teaching at every turn; Get in TouchSend your resume to hr@airgraft.com
