Keep reading to learn more Analyst, Insights and Visualization Strategy and Architecture The Analyst, Insights and Visualization Strategy and Architecture will be responsible for hands on developing and implementing roadmaps, dashboards, performance indicators and data modeling for Business Intelligence & Analytical solutions.

They will be responsible for collaborating with various teams and will have experience in designing and delivery of programs with speed and accuracy.

They will establish best practices for Business Intelligence and Analytical tools (MicroStrategy, Looker and Power BI) and assist in developing strategy to improve the adoption of the BI and analytical stack.

They are expected to work closely with cross functional teams and assist in setting up governance, self-service processes in our Business Intelligence and Analytical platforms.” What You’ll Do: Build/Develop BI solutions (POCs) translating business needs to technical specifications (using BI Tools such MicroStrategy, Looker & Power BI).

Work closely with third party vendors to understand, test & implement new products/features on the corporate workspace.

Create mockups to validate business requirements & test new BI functionality, develop visualizations following the product best-practices.

Collaborate with BI Developer teams to understand ongoing platform needs for BI Solutions Help to troubleshoot report issues, determine root cause and implement counter measures Continuously develop expertise in the BI space and help introduce new product features to developer teams and business users.

Promote / Monitor adoption of BI Solutions What you Bring: Hands on expertise in BI Tools (MicroStrategy, Qlik, Looker, Power BI preferred) Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing techniques (Teradata and Google Big Query preferred) BI Data Model (Flatten, Star, and Snowflake), evaluate SQL statements, and validate data sources to implement user centric applications Knowledge / Experience in Agile, Scrum, and Agile tools (Confluence and Jira preferred) Excellent business relationship, communication, and verbal skills What Loblaw Offers You We offer flexibility and balance, and an environment that sets you up for success no matter where your workspace is located.
