Job description We are looking for a Level Designer to participate in the creation of levels which reflect our creative vision, ensuring gameplay sequences which are fun, satisfying and polished.

Responsibilities
● Work with the Lead Level Designer and Design Director to ensure that the creative goals of the game are achieved through level design
● Create levels, encounters and missions that are compelling and immersive
● Build levels which ensure high quality pacing and gameplay across the game as a whole
● Partner with technical and game design teams to understand and address constraints while maintaining high quality levels
● Work with the narrative team to create an interesting and believable world
● Work in collaboration with the level art team to ensure playability of levels and graphic fidelity
● Work with the game design team to ensure mechanics and systems are properly utilized in levels
● Participate in the design and creation of playable levels Qualifications
● 2+ years experience in video game level design
● Strong understanding of level design principles and theory
● Ability to design creative and interesting game levels
● Experience scripting for levels
● Good understanding of how to communicate designs and their rationale
