You will report to the Project Manager, Bulk Solid Handling and you will participate in the development of this new team.

This is an opportunity to collaborate with them as you enrich your career and work on Enerkem’s unique and disruptive technology.Your Role And Responsibilities Will Be The FollowingDevelop layouts for raw material conditioning plants (mainly heterogeneous, such as various non-recyclable residual materials and biomass), storage areas and handling systems for feeding Enerkem biorefineriesDevelop preliminary general arrangement drawings and participate in the process of call to tender for the selection of mechanical treatment line technology suppliersParticipate in the development of technical design requirements for the mechanical treatment lines according to the nature of the feedstocks and their properties to meet the needs of Enerkem biorefineriesParticipate in feasibility studies and the process of characterization and selection of raw materials for potential new Enerkem projects around the world (establish technical requirements and layout relating to bulk material installations)Follow up with technology suppliers in all project phases, including engineering, execution and commissioning at the siteProvide sustained engineering support for the preparation of engineering documents such as P& IDs, PFDs, equipment lists, technical datasheets, technical design specifications, etc.Act as a leader in internal multidisciplinary communications and coordination to ensure the advancement of engineering and design activitiesActively participate in the development of project estimatesQualificationsYOUR QUALIFICATIONSDEC in mechanical engineering with more than 10 years of experience in the field of bulk solid handling or in the conditioning of raw feedstocks materialsExperience in preparing plant layouts and general arrangement drawings of bulk solid handling equipmentYOUR COMPETENCIES3D design and modelingAbility to do the preliminary arrangements (geometries, access stairs etc.) of industrial buildings and transfer towers in collaboration with civil/structure teamsKnowledge of the clearances required around the equipment for their maintenanceField experience (construction sites, commissioning, or others)Familiar with project specifications, engineering standards and technical design specifications for bulk solid handling projectsExperience in equipment supplier follow-up from sales to commissioningAdditional InformationOUR OFFERSocial activities and environmental initiativesContinuous learning and growth opportunitiesA group insurance plan to meet all your and your family’s needs, including telemedecine$400 credit for health and fitness expensesPaid professional dues and membershipsFlexible work environment
