We’re looking for impact players experienced UI/UX designers who have been there, done it, and have the stories to prove it.What You’ll Be Doing Drive the design vision and strategy for your product area, along with Design and Product Leadership.

Guide, improve and implement the design process.

Share thoughtful and constructive feedback on technical execution and advice on career growth.

Mentor and influence the next generation of designers through example and by sharing your knowledge to help designers fine-tune their design skills and execution.

Think “big picture” and explore new paradigms and novel ways to solve problems that move our product experience forward.

Set an example of what great craftsmanship and execution looks like.

Work with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps Create original graphic designs (e.G.

images, sketches, tables…) and user interface elements (e.G.

menus, tabs, widgets, page navigation buttons, search fields…) Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.G.

responsiveness) What you’ll need to be successful:Must Haves Experience Building a Design System Experience leading other designers Understand business and user goals and are able to balance both perspectives.

Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role Experience showcasing leadership and mentorship.

A portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrate experiences crafting usable digital interfaces Knowledge of wireframe tools Experience utilizing Balsamiq and/or Axure a strong asset Experience utilizing Figma and/or Sketch a strong asset Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders Good time-management skills As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employeesIn this role you may be exposed to adult content
