The Product & Operations team is responsible for our customer-facing digital marketing products, as well as internal ad optimization tools.

You will be an essential part of the team, working within a dynamic, fast-paced, fun, challenging and creative environment in order to achieve team-oriented goals.As a UI / UX Designer, you will have to gather user requirements, design graphic elements and create both functional and appealing navigation components to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our customers.

In addition, you will also be required to produce high-quality documentation and an easy-to-understand user interface text.What You’ll b Doing Work with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps Create original graphic designs (e.G.

images, sketches, tables…) and user interface elements (e.G.

menus, tabs, widgets, page navigation buttons, search fields…) Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.G.

responsiveness) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images Must HavesWhat you’ll need to be successful: BSc or training/certification in Design or relevant field 3 – 5 years proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer Portfolio of design projects Experience utilizing prototyping tools Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders Excellent time-management skills Nice To Haves Previous experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or online marketing tools A passion for choice architecture and guiding users towards better decisions Good knowledge of Axure RP As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employeesIn this role you may be exposed to adult content
