Architectural Technician

Main tasks:

• Participate in all phases of the projects.
• Prepare preliminary and final technical documents.
• Coordinate plans and specifications with other professionals.
• Check workshop blueprints.
• Supervise the work.
• Assist the project manager in various technical tasks related to project completion.
• Take part in any other related tasks for the smooth running of daily activities.

Requirements:

• DEC in architectural technology.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (institutional, industrial and commercial projects).
• Fluent in French both written and spoken.
• Proficient in the use of Revit and AutoCAD software.
• Knowledge of the norms, standards and regulations regarding construction in Quebec.
