Job Description: Our client, a leading Engineering company, is looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with detailed experience in Food and Beverage manufacturing project design and engineering.This position is a work from home assignment during COVID-19 restrictions.

Duties: Lead key technical projects requiring mechanical engineering input/oversight to a food and beverage-based project expansion.

Review project documents (policies, standards, specifications, drawings, data sheets) related to mechanical systems to assure they meet project objectives.Provide mechanical engineering expertise, oversight and leadership along with technical direction to ensure compliance with industry codes, regulations, established standards and best practices.Lead project team establishing project plans and milestones and analyzing riskQualifications & Experience:
·10 years of work-related experience within food and beverage markets
·Mechanical Engineering Degree required
·Professional P.
