SPECIFICS OF THE POSITION

• Large-scale infrastructure project in the Greater Montreal area
• Urban design
• Multi-year project
• Position within a multidciplinary project office

MANDATORY

• Architect member of the Ordre des architectes du Québec
• Bilingual (french and english)
• 10 years of experience in managing and implementing visual quality aspects of large-scale projects
• Experience with design-built mode projects

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the lead architect within the multidisciplinary team and monitor the project’s progress
• Responsible for the visual quality of the entire infrastructure project, including its integration with the urban and natural environment and the maintenance of the design guidelines
• Manage and coordinate the architectural team’s achivements in design, production and site supervision
• Respect the standards related to production and construction methods and provide quality control of the deliverables
