Becoming a member of the PeopleFind team can be a lucrative opportunity for an experienced bilingual (French / English) 360 recruiter.

This is a virtual “work from home” position.

You can live anywhere on the planet and participate as long as you speak fluent French and English and have access to high speed internet and a long distance cell phone plan and a strong desire to succeed.Your income will be based on fair commission sharing principles: 50/50.

You can generate a very good income if you are disciplined and able to manage your time effectively.

Most costs are borne by PeopleFind; the recruiter provides the time and effort.To be successful you need to commit 35 to 40 hours per week.

Working fewer hours generally produces satisfactory results only for an established and well networked recruiter.

You need to be able to carry yourself financially during the first 3 to 4 months while the recruiting pipeline is filled.

If you are a sole income earner in your household with a mortgage, car payments, etc., commission income, although uncapped, may not be the best option for you.PeopleFind Inc is an owner/member of NPAWorldwide, a recruiting network of 500 independent recruiting firms worldwide which provides access to a vast talent pool and high priority jobs needing attention.

A time commitment of 35 to 40 hours per week works best.

Part time is suitable only for experienced recruiters who want to allocate 24 to 30 hours a week to recruiting.Do you want to earn a good income with no cap?Are you comfortable with straight commission income and do you understand the advantages?

The ability to work effectively under such circumstances connects with understanding and doing everything practical to mitigate the risk while maintaining a blended portfolio of opportunities.

Whether one works on straight contingency, exclusive contingency with or without a deposit and even retainer, at the end of the day, everything is contingent, that is, contingent on everything lining up all the way through the process until the right candidate is hired and the fee for service collected.

Doing this effectively is a matter of guidance, experience and sometimes luck.Notwithstanding the latter, here are two remuneration / earning estimates based on experience and dedication to the task (everything else constant):One to Three Years Experience ……..Four Years Experience and More$40,000 to $60,000 in Year 1 ……..

$60,000 to $80,000 in Year 1$50,000 to $70,000 in Year 2 ……..

$70,000 to $90,000 in Year 2$60,000 to $80,000 in year 3 ……..

$80,000 to $100,000 in year 3$70,000 to $90,000 in Year 4 ……..

$90,000 to $110,000 in Year 4$80,000 to $100,000 in Year 5 ……..

$100,000 to $120,000 in Year 5Etc.
