Check out this great opportunity!We are currently searching for a Payroll Manager to process all of our bi-weekly payroll needs for our Canadian and Ireland staff.

In this role you will be working with our Director of Finance and VP of Operations to launch Salesforce as the primary calculations tool for commissions, just one of the many new implementations DNE is striving for.DNE Resources is an international energy brokerage firm providing our clients with a clear, simple and controlled way to manage their energy cost.

Core Responsibilities: Process bi-weekly payroll for all staff in Canada and IrelandUnderstand and process complex monthly commercial commissions calculationsUnderstand and process complex bi-weekly residential commissions calculationsWork with Director of Finance and VP Operations to launch salesforce as the primary calculation tool for commissionsUse Rise payroll provider to process payroll on-timeAnswer any payroll-related questions from agents (from the calculations to timing of payments to DAS and benefits)Provide sales staff with analytics on performance Do you have what it takes?

5 years of payroll experienceExperience in commission calculation payroll or having worked in a is an assetProficient in Microsoft Office (moderate to advanced Excel – VLOOKUPS, SUMIFS, pivot tables, etc.)Tech savvy, dynamic, multi-tasker with the capability of working in a fast-paced environmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsMust have strong attention to detail & be proactiveBilingual – English and French Qualifications: Full time, 40 hours per week.
