Human Resources Advisor

Our client is looking for a responsible and organized person to fill a human resource advisor position for their non-profit organization in the Ahuntsic neighbourhood. This person will be responsible for administering, organizing and determining human resources policies to meet the organization’s needs.


  • Work with the organization on the training plan.
  • Establish procedures to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
  • Be responsible for the hiring process and approval of job competencies.
  • Manage the human resources portfolio.
  • Track employee administrative documents for all benefits.
  • Develop new work tools for the organization.
  • Track timesheets and pay tables.
  • Be the point of contact for managers and employees regarding human resources and pay policies.
  • Participate in general consultation and solution processes as required.
  • Carry out any other tasks related to the position.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a human resources management position.
