Job Summary : Solertia is currently looking for a Human Resources and Compensation Consultant who will benefit our clients by sharing their expertise and passion for numbers.

The Consultant will be able to demonstrate their versatility, as well as creativity in both human resources and compensation projects.

The Consultant is part of the Compensation team will mainly work on projects as follows: development of salary structures, market benchmarking, design of total compensation packages, variable compensation development, job architecture, specific surveys, analysis, etc.

Job Description : Total Compensation and Human Resources Management Conduct an analysis related to clients’ compensation and human resources needs; Participate in the strategic planning and coordination of consulting mandates; Carry out a variety of Human Resources Management mandates, especially within compensation projects; Conduct strategic brainstorming sessions with the consulting team to make recommendations to clients; Participate in the development and improvement of the tools and services offered by the Firm; Develop long-lasting relationships with business partners, clients, and collaborators.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability and interest in working with numbers; Meticulous and follows established quality standards; Strong capacity for analysis and judgment; Integrity and professionalism; Ability to manage multiple projects; Ability to explain concepts and conceptualize ideas; Excellent organizational and priority management skills; Strong ability to build interpersonal relationships; Customer service-oriented.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management; At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources Management, in a corporate or consulting environment; Experience in compensation (asset); Experience in payroll management (asset); CHRP designation (asset); Excellent knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Must be fluently bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
