This is a Contract position in Montreal, QC posted November 16, 2022.

POSITION TYPE: Permanent full-time position (40 hours/week)

WORK SCHEDULE: Shift work, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (flexible schedule), Monday to Friday

The incumbent is a generalist but will be primarily responsible for managing the overall staffing process. The incumbent will manage the various aspects of recruitment, development plans, career management and various special projects. He/she will ensure that candidates and employees have a cutting edge experience.


  • Manage the full cycle of the staffing process from needs assessment to job offer, in collaboration with managers;
  • Manage the candidate bank and be responsible for the management and optimization of the candidate management system;
  • Constantly evaluate recruitment strategies, propose and implement approaches adapted to the context and the positions to be filled, be on the lookout for new practices;
  • Maintain business relationships with suppliers and educational institutions;
  • Develop innovative and proactive approaches to recruitment;
  • Create or update job descriptions;
  • Ensure the welcoming of new employees and their integration, in collaboration with the managers;
  • Implement employee retention strategies;
  • Measure the candidate experience;
  • Identify internal talent and develop talent management strategies in partnership with managers.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in recruitment, including a minimum of two (2) years in the manufacturing or specialized field.
