You are an HR manager with experience in the manufacturing field and wish to play a strategic role in a recognized company, pursuing its growth while having the well-being of its employees at heart.

This Quebec-based company, a pioneer in the field of certain high-end architectural products, designs and assembles products that stand out for their unique style throughout North America. Reporting to the VP Finance, you will be responsible for the following tasks and responsibilities

• Manage the Human Resources department and the team of 3 people that compose it.
• Be involved in the HR strategy of the 2 sister companies of the company.
• Ensure that HR programs and initiatives are effective, efficient and aligned with overall objectives.
• Develop organizational strategies by identifying various issues and provide senior management with analysis and recommendations.
• Conduct appropriate training to help Rh team members and other managers in the company grow.
• Develop financial strategies (Grants) for HR operations by estimating, forecasting and anticipating needs, trends and gaps.
• Consider monetary resources; develop action plans; measure and analyze results
• Oversee and guide the HR department by providing the right guidance, coaching and mentoring.
• Lead your team in all HR areas including employee relations, talent management, performance management, compensation, recruiting and talent development.
• Identify and prioritize what needs to be built to enable our people to succeed over the long term.

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations a CHRP is a plus.
• 8-10 years of experience as an HR manager.
• Experience in manufacturing companies in a fast growing, high volume organizational environment.
• Have a high degree of integrity, be facilitative rather than confrontational in nature, understand the importance of compliance and be an advocate for quality services.
• Ability to implement structure, processes and programs where others see ambiguity.
• You have experience managing organizational development and talent acquisition teams.
• You are a highly adaptable and empathetic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingualism (oral and written) required (exchange with all of North America)
