With more than 20 years of presence and working in industrial manufacturing, our client has made several strategic acquisitions in recent years. They wish to add a Human Resources Specialist to manage approximately 120 employees in 3 plants. Want to be part of their growing story?
Under the direction of administrative services, you will have the opportunity to:
- Ensure the staffing process: job postings, coordinate and conduct interviews, headhunt and integrate employees.
- Perform payroll for approximately 120 non-unionized employees.
- Act as the contact person for labour relations.
- Communicate with employees about information related to group insurance, benefits, RRSP, CNESST.
- Participate in the development of performance evaluation strategies.
- Support managers and provide suggestions for best practices in human resources management.
- Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations OR Human Resources OR Business Administration – Human Resources profile.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (industrial field – great asset!).
- Good level of bilingualism.
- Proficiency in the Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the Sage50 or Desjardins system.
- Occasional travel to branches in Montreal, Ste-Anne-Des-Plaines and Trois-Rivières (approximately 1-3 times per month).
